The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations covering volume hiring, leadership roles, and support function hiring. The role ensures consistent delivery of hiring requirements across multiple business units while maintaining speed, quality, and compliance.
This position combines operational execution with strategic leadership, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, team management, and the ability to support both high-volume and critical hiring needs.
About the role:
- Team Management: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistent performance, productivity, and capability development. Set clear targets, provide ongoing feedback, and drive accountability across the team.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery (Volume, Leadership & Support Roles): Oversee full-cycle recruitment across high-volume hiring, leadership roles, and support functions, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment of workforce requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, align hiring priorities, and ensure effective execution of recruitment plans.
- Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Management: Design and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, referrals, headhunting, and niche platforms) while maintaining strong pipelines for both recurring and critical roles.
- Performance Management & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline efficiency, and team productivity. Provide regular insights and reports to leadership.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, hiring standards, and applicable labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment leadership
- Strong background in high-volume hiring, leadership recruitment, and support function hiring, preferably within a Recruitment, Headhunting, or RPO firm.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or supporting recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems is an advantage
- Amenable to work on a 100% onsite setup in Pune, Maharashtra.
