Job Description

About the Role

HVR Solar Pvt Ltd is searching for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts out of our Noida office. As our business rapidly scales across manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and retail operations, you will be the primary architect of our corporate growth.

You will own the end-to-end hiring process for diverse functions including Sales, Project Operations, EPC, General Operations, Supply Chain/Purchase, and Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate is an aggressive sourcer, an excellent judge of character, and a strategic partner to our department heads.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding) for all mid-to-senior level and critical roles across the organization.
  • Develop and implement tailored hiring strategies for diverse departments:
  • Sales & Marketing: Corporate sales, channel sales, and retail franchise development.
  • EPC & Projects: Project managers, site engineers, and installation experts for commercial and industrial (C&I) solar plants.
  • Supply Chain & Operations: Procurement specialists, general operations managers, and logistics coordinators.
  • Corporate Functions: Finance, Accounts, Legal, and HR professionals.
  • Work closely with functional heads and hiring managers to define accurate job descriptions, understand skill requirements, and set clear expectations for candidate profiles.

Sourcing & Employer Branding:

  • Utilize a multi-channel sourcing approach including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals, industry networking, and targeted headhunting for niche solar/EPC roles.
  • Enhance HVR Solar's employer brand in the market, positioning the company as an employer of choice within the renewable energy and sustainable tech sectors.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and critical positions.

Process Management & Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters, ensuring alignment with company standards, negotiating favorable terms, and driving performance.
  • Conduct initial HR screening rounds to assess cultural fit, behavioral traits, and salary expectations before routing to technical/functional panels.
  • Streamline the interview scheduling and feedback loop process to ensure an excellent candidate experience and reduce Time-to-Fill (TTF).

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records.
  • Generate weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards tracking key metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost-per-Hire, Offer Drop-out Ratio, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Provide market intelligence to management regarding compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 to 10 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience hiring for the Renewable Energy, Solar Manufacturing, or Infrastructure/EPC sectors is highly preferred to understand technical nuances.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS), advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques, and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure targets and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to shift gears quickly, hiring for a highly technical EPC engineer one day and a corporate finance manager the next.

What We Offer

  • A strategic HR leadership role with high visibility within a rapidly expanding solar enterprise.
  • Competitive compensation and performance-driven incentives.
  • A collaborative and fast-paced environment at our Noida office.
