Recruitment Manager

The Role

Based in Chennai, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across business verticals and functions. Your focus will include middle-management, operational leadership, engineering, manufacturing support, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Hiring: Manage both lateral and frontline workforce hiring mandates.
• Pipeline Building: Build sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, consultancies, and referrals.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Business Heads, Operations Leaders, and functional stakeholders.
• Analytics & Governance: Drive recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics while ensuring process compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
• Growth Support: Facilitate hiring for various business expansion initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Industry Exposure: Strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial Services, Facilities Management, Logistics, Staffing, or similar sectors.
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing large-scale and multi-location hiring mandates.
• Competencies: Expert in recruitment strategy, talent mapping, and employer branding.
