Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
- Strong ability to source candidates through field hiring, local networks & job portals
- Passion for working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Excellent coordination and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce
- Execute mass hiring drives & walk-in campaigns
- Source candidates via field visits, local references & digital platforms
- Conduct screenings, interviews & candidate evaluations
- Oversee documentation, onboarding & joining follow-ups
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports & trackers
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment (blue-collar preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline(MBA is an advantage)
- Local candidates preferred(Chakan / nearby areas)
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Age group: 35–40 years preferred
