Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager (MSP / VMS) to lead and drive hiring for US Healthcare roles including RN, LPN/LVN, Allied Healthcare professionals, and non-clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US healthcare staffing, team management, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Healthcare Recruiters
- Handle end-to-end US healthcare recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Allied Healthcare (Rad Tech, CT Tech, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, job portals)
- Train and mentor recruiters on US HealthCare compliance, screening, and submission quality
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ATS, - JOB DIVA
- Ability to work in a night shift (US timings)
