Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment operations (requisition to offer / pre-boarding handoff) across supported entities.
  • Lead recruitment delivery in a shared services model, ensuring SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance adherence.
  • Manage and develop recruitment operations teams, including capacity planning, productivity, and capability building.
  • Act as operational SME for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM).
  • Leverage Phenom to support candidate experience, talent attraction, and CRM workflows.
  • Establish strong operational governance (SOPs, reporting, controls, audit readiness).
  • Serve as key interface for TA leaders, HR, and business stakeholders; manage escalations and service improvements.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support transitions, scope expansions, and new customer/country onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years experience in Recruitment Operations / HR Shared Services
  • Proven people leadership experience in a shared services or global delivery setup
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment process knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
  • Good working knowledge of Phenom
  • Mature governance, data, and stakeholder management orientation

Education

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
