Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 9–13 years in end-to-end IT/ technical recruitment.

Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to consistently meet delivery targets.

Sourcing: Maintain a hands-on approach to sourcing for specialized, niche technical roles.

Stakeholders: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to drive recruitment strategy.

Communication: High level of professional communication and negotiation skills.
