Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, internal referrals, and recruitment events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess suitability and alignment with role requirements.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Interview Coordination & Offer Process
Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and sales hiring managers.
Support the hiring process by tracking next steps and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
