About the Rol
eWe are looking for a Tech Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at FundsIndia. You will get hands-on exposure to end-to-end tech and product hiring — from sourcing to offer rollout — working alongside experienced recruiters in a fast-paced fintech environment
.Top performers will be evaluated against a predefined performance criteria and offered a full-time position at 4 LPA upon successful completion of the internship

Roles & Responsibilit
- iesSource candidates for tech and product roles via job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre), Boolean searches, and referra
- ls.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video screening cal
- ls.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manage
- rs.Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment trackers with accurate, real-time da
- ta.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across platfor
- ms.Build and maintain a strong pipeline for Engineering, Data, and Product rol
- es.Support pre-joining coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experien
- ce.Prepare weekly recruitment MIS reports and share updates with the te
am.
