Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team. This is an internship position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role will primarily be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. As a Recruitment Intern at CNR EdTech, you will assist in various recruitment-related tasks and support our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Must have global talent sourcing skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Negotiation skills are essential for effective candidate engagement (Mandatory skill)
  • Employment market research skills are critical for identifying talent trends (Mandatory skill)
  • Cross-cultural communication skills to interact with diverse candidates
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes to assist international candidates
  • Proficiency in multiple languages to handle multi-lingual communication
  • Understanding of international labor laws to ensure compliance
  • Ability to assess candidates thoroughly during the recruitment process

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and communicate with candidates effectively.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform employment market research to identify talent acquisition trends and strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and document interactions for future reference.
  • Participate in the negotiation of candidate offers and employment terms.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and visa regulations during the recruitment process.
