About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Head to lead campus placements and employer partnerships for a large-scale BFSI skilling and placement initiative across multiple districts in South India and Maharashtra.
The role involves driving end-to-end placement strategy for trained UG/PG students, building strong corporate relationships within the BFSI ecosystem, and ensuring successful student deployment across leading financial institutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in stakeholder management, campus engagement, and volume hiring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Placement & Employer Partnerships
- Develop and execute regional placement strategies for trained students across assigned districts.
- Build and strengthen relationships with BFSI companies, NBFCs, banks, insurance firms, and staffing partners.
- Drive placement tie-ups, recruitment campaigns, and hiring partnerships with employers.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets within defined timelines.
Campus Engagement & Recruitment Drives
- Plan and conduct campus placement activities, job fairs, hiring drives, and employer interaction sessions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities with hiring partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment events across multiple locations.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor regional placement teams across locations.
- Collaborate with training, operations, and academic stakeholders to improve placement readiness.
- Maintain strong engagement with college managements and institutional partners.
Student Readiness & Counselling
- Guide students on interview preparation, career opportunities, and employability skills.
- Monitor placement readiness and support candidates through the hiring process.
- Ensure high student engagement and placement conversion ratios.
Reporting & Governance
- Track placement performance, hiring pipeline, and recruiter engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and placement dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with placement processes and documentation standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in Campus Recruitment, Placements, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Strong network within BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Insurance sectors.
- Experience managing large-scale hiring or campus placement initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive employer partnerships and placement closures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team handling skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across assigned regions.
