In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Performance Related Pay (PRP), Med ical Facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity as per the Companys rules will be part of the remuneration package. Once the candidate is posted to Ag alega, the candidate will also be paid additional benefits monthly such as Foreign Allowance and Hardship Allowance. NOTE: Initially the candidate will be posted to Ghaziabad unit for training purpose. BEL also reserves the right of posting of any Engineer anywhere on rotational basis in due course of service. Selection will be through a Written Test of 85 Marks followed by an Interview of 15 marks (only for those candidates who will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test in the ratio of 1:5 ).The minimum qualifying percentage for the candidates as follows: Qualifying percentage relaxation will be provided subject to vacancy in respective category in the particular post as listed above. .
