Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Expert located in South West Delhi, Dwarka . The Recruitment Expert will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and develop relationships with potential candidates. Additional responsibilities include assessing and recruiting talented professionals, facilitating effective communication with team members and candidates, and organising training sessions for new hires to ensure proper onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies and techniques
• know how to handle a team.
• Can handle direct reporting to the director/management.
• positive attitude and can find gems for the company.
• Excel knowledge and ready to learn new things.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams
• Ability to conduct and facilitate Training and onboarding programs
• High level of organisational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with HR tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
