Role Overview
We are looking for a
startup-ready Recruiter / Talent Partner who can independently manage
end-to-end recruitment across
Tech and Non-Tech roles. This role requires high ownership, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the complete hiring lifecycle: role understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closure
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
Tech & Non-Tech Hiring
- Hire for Tech roles including Backend, Frontend, Full-stack, Data, DevOps, QA, AI/ML
- Hire for Non-Tech roles including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Founder's Office
Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, ATS, and other channels
- Conduct strong initial screenings (technical, functional, and behavioral)
- Share only vetted, role-ready profiles, not bulk resumes
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with founders, hiring managers, and HR teams
- Understand the business context behind each role
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring feedback
Candidate Experience
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates
- Manage expectations, follow-ups, and interview feedback
- Represent Nxthyre and client brands professionally
Startup Ownership & Process
- Track and improve hiring metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and closure rate
- Contribute to building hiring frameworks, screening checklists, and SOPs
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or startup preferred)
- Proven experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
- Exposure to product-based or tech-driven companies
- ATS experience and basic hiring analytics understanding
- Candidate closure and offer negotiation experience
