About the Role

We areseekinga highly motivated Recruitment Executive / IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and coordinating hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment(requirement gathering to onboarding)

Create and post job descriptions (JD creation)on job portals and social platforms

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Boolean search, referrals, and vendor networks

Build andmaintaina strong talent pipeline

Sourcing & Screening

Perform resume screening, CV shortlisting, and initial HR screening calls

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

Use Boolean search techniquesand advanced sourcing strategies

Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, HR interviews, and stakeholder discussionsEnsure smooth interview management and candidate experience

Vendor Management

Coordinate with recruitment agencies / third-party vendors

Manage vendor performance and candidate quality

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams

Provide regular hiring updates, status reports, and dashboards

Market Mapping & Research

Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market research

Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights

Database & ATS Management

Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate database, and Excel trackers

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and recruitment analytics

Offer & Post-Selection Process

Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement

Coordinate background verification (BGV), onboarding, and documentation

Ensure smooth joining and onboarding experience

Administrative & HR Support

Handle HR operations, administrative tasks, and documentation follow-ups

Coordinate with employees for data collection, compliance, and internal records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

34 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring

Strong command over Excel and recruitment tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
