Experience: Fresher / 01 Year (Staffing or International Customer Service Preferred)

About the Role:

We are a dynamic and growing staffing firm specializing in non-IT recruitment. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our onsite team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or international customer service to launch and grow their career in the recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support for non-IT positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates via phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and assist in managing the selection process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 01 year of experience in staffing/recruitment or international customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work onsite from our Madhapur, Hyderabad office.
• Must have self-transportation to commute to work.
• Comfortable working in night shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
