Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the overall hiring process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and professional networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
• Negotiate salary and assist in finalizing job offers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Ensure timely and successful closure of open positions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and Google Sheets
