Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages from job posting to onboarding, including screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent, build talent pipelines, and drive employer branding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive journey for all applicants, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Reporting & Metrics: Maintain recruitment reports and track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR/recruitment.
Qualifications: Graduation in any field.
Salary: Upto 30000/- per month
