We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring process of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and share offer letters with candidates.
  • Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives when required.
  • Handle both online and offline interview processes.
  • Support hiring decisions with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates with more than 1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
