Position: Recruitment Executive

Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan)

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: MBA (HR / Marketing)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database

• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong recruitment and candidate handling experience

• Knowledge of job portals and hiring processes

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
