In-plant logistics and Warehouse Management for Greenfield and Brownfield projects, Material storage design (Warehouse), Layout planning, Material flow design, Material delivery strategy, Warehouse operations planning and management, Line Side Material Presentation, Supply chain Engineering
- Expertise in manufacturing engineering design
- Thorough knowledge in Fixture Design, Lifting Tackles, Gauges, Jigs, and Material Handling Equipment
- Assembly fixture design & manufacturing processes (Develop Concept /3D Finish /Detailing /BOM & Documentation.)
- Hands-on experience in Design Coordination and knowledge of assemble processes and ergonomic study
- Exposure to sheet metal, standard parts viz, toggle clamps, flipper, etc
- Should be able to do all design calculations like Loads, Clamps, Mechanisms, calculations to select required purchase parts to verify design integrity.
- Knowledge of global ergonomic standards.
- Prior experience in Production, Assembly.
- Good knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing processes and tooling materials.
- Should be aware of global manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
