Role: Recruitment Data & Reporting Analyst/ MIS

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
• Monitor and analyze ATS and recruitment performance data
• Create dashboards, summaries, and insights to support business decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams to support data-driven operations

Who Should Apply:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, or analytics
• Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.)
• Experience working with ATS data and recruitment KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with large datasets
• No advanced SQL/BI tool knowledge required Excel is the primary tool
