Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment operations during the morning shift. This role involves scheduling interviews, coordinating with recruiters and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.


Experience: 6 months -1 Year

Location:Bangalore (Remote)
Mode of Work:Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
  • Communicate effectively with recruiters and candidates
  • Follow up with panel members to gather availability and feedback post-interviews
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview progress
  • Ensure timely updates and confirmations are shared with all stakeholders
  • Support recruiters with candidate pipeline tracking and data entry in ATS/internal systems

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable working in Morning shift (with alternate Saturdays)
  • Must be based in Bangalore (remote working allowed)

Good to haveSkills:

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across locations
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
