Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Management: Support recruiters on active role by handling all recruitment logistics and keeping the process on track. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels. Communicate interview details, logistics, and follow-ups to candidates. Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Interview & Process Coordination: Organize phone, virtual, and onsite interviews. Support pre-employment processes such as assessments & documentation process Prepare interview agendas, room bookings, and related logistics. Track recruitment progress and provide status updates to the team.
- Recruitment Administration: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare hiring-related documentation as needed. Assist recruiters with offer letters and on-boarding tasks. Generate recruitment reports
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and external vendors. Assist with HR projects related to recruitment and on-boarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working with ATS tools & spreadsheets
