Who We Are Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- People-centric - Requires collaboration across stakeholders viz Candidates, Peers, Managers.
- Detail-oriented - Note-taking ability, a sharp eye for detail, sound judgment of people and role fitment.
- Disciplined with tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
What You Will Do
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. professional platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed etc)
- Compose engaging emails/messages to attract passive candidates
- Followup with candidates to ensure submission of resumes for further evaluation.
- Conduct initial resume screening via phone call.
- Maintain and update candidate data on internal ATS.
- Coordinate with candidates for assignment submissions and follow-ups.
- Share candidate details with Hiring Managers for assessment and feedback
- Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and Managers.
- Keep candidates informed about their application status.
- Share job details and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits
- Monitor and update key hiring metrics
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires during the onboarding process.
