Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations through document review, data validation, record management, and process coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain records, documents, and operational data
• Perform data validation and quality checks with high accuracy
• Update trackers, reports, and internal systems
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation
• Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment operations, back-office operations, or similar roles
• Conversational English
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PDF)
• Intermediate Google Docs and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high work volumes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
