About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Pune. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reporting
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)
- Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams
- Performs other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment co-ordination, including interview scheduling and collection of interview feedback
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferrable
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
