Recruitment Coordinator (Intern)

About the role

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (Internship - 6 months) to support our Technology hiring function by managing interview scheduling and candidate coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, articulate, responsive, and able to work with speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment. You will serve as the bridge between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish

What you will do

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and calendar management.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• A customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.

What you will need

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
• Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, and confirmations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Track interview progress and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively.
• Support recruitment operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Help create a positive and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Be the operational backbone of our tech hiring team.
