About the Job
Responsible for the scheduling interviews and coordination with candidates and stakeholders. The person will be the SPOC for multiple recruiters and stakeholders for interview scheduling.
Who we're looking for:
- A smart individual who can work in fast paced work environment, independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good reporting skills with MS excel
- Proficiency in handling complex HR processes- Hands-on experience of working on multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Co-ordinating recruiting activities, candidates travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
