Job Description

Scope:

The Recruiting Coordinator will work with the Talent Acquisition team to manage interview processes, gather feedback, and manage onboarding processes and paperwork.

Duties:

Work in Workday and Goodtime to compile interview packets, communicate schedules, and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.

Work in tandem with Recruiters to maintain the status of requisitions, move candidates through the interview process, and close jobs once candidates are hired.

Handle high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC).

Generate and send offer letters and employment agreements, globally.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes and enable TA systems.

Initiate background checks and work closely with other onboarding teams to ensure all materials are prepped for new hires.

Skills:

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

36 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR role.
