We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who can keep hiring processes organised, responsive, and moving smoothly. This role is critical in supporting recruiters and hiring managers by managing coordination, communication, and candidate experienceso hiring doesn't slow down.
You'll be the connective layer between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders
- Manage candidate communication to ensure a clear and professional experience
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS accurately
- Support recruiters with job postings, resume tracking, and interview logistics
- Track hiring progress, interview feedback, and offer status
- Handle documentation related to interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for candidate scheduling queries
- Ensure timelines are met and stakeholders stay aligned
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools (any platform)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and schedules simultaneously
- Basic understanding of hiring workflows and interview processes
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, and email tools
