We are seeking an experienced and results-driven recruiter with a strong background in the US job market. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective, data-driven hiring strategies.
- Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
- Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the US market.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in permanent and contract staffing, with demonstrated success in the US market.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Note: Candidates based in Mumbai and Pune would be preferred.
