Recruitment Consultant - UK Healthcare

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to support the UK Healthcare Sector recruitment team, specialising in temporary agency staffing across UK process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end healthcare recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability against client requirements.
• Support client communication and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist with compliance documentation and verification processes in line with NHS and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 months to 18 months of experience in 180 OR 360 UK Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Sales.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end healthcare recruitment process, from resourcing to placement.
• Experience in UK Healthcare recruitment using CV Library, Reed, and other job boards.
• Ability to re-engage archived candidates and encourage re-registration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of sourcing, booking, compliance, and client communication.
• Experience working in a 360-degree recruitment role, including candidate management, partial compliance, and client communication.
• Strong candidate relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of NHS compliance requirements.
