Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, negotiate job offers, maintain recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Minimum Degree in any discipline.
• Training and mentorship will be provided.
