Role Description
This is a full-time Recruitment Consultant Team Management role located on-site in Aligarh. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. Responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, conducting interviews, and fostering strong communication between candidates and the organization. Additionally, the role will encompass providing strategic recruitment insights and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
- Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills to meet staffing requirements and assess candidates effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
