Recruitment Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram, involving end-to-end recruitment responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing consultation. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and identify top-tier candidates to meet organizational goals. Strong communication and strategic planning will be key to fulfilling the demands of this position and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graduate Recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in Consulting and Recruiting to provide strategic hiring solutions
• Strong Interviewing skills with an ability to evaluate candidates effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination
• Ability to understand and align with organizational goals and hiring needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR tools is a plus
• Being proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing problem-solving capabilities
