We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with experience hiring for shipping (shore-based roles) or logistics. The role involves building strong talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates for senior and niche industry roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and business needs.
• Source and headhunt candidates through networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for leadership and specialized roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth interview coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in shipping (shore-based) or logistics roles.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
