We are a boutique HR Consultancy Company that provides HR Services such as Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Projects, etc. We are looking for purpose-driven personnel to join us as Recruitment Consultants.
What does the role entail :
- Identify and connect with new and existing customers to develop and maintain business relationships
- Work closely with clients as an external talent acquisition partner by sourcing candidates through direct recruiting, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, existing database, etc
- Understand the experience and aspirations of potential candidates and manage their expectations
- Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates relationships
- Ensure that the Lightway's objectives and sales targets are achieved
What are we looking for :
- Minimum Diploma in any studies with relevant experience from a recruitment environment or the Human Resource-related field
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and the market's best practices.
- Familiar with relevant industry trends and developments.
- Strong drive to fulfill purpose and succeed in job matching
- Passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting aspiring talents in identifying the right career path and employers
- A proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with commission-based income
