Recruitment Consultant (HR) - Paid Intern

This is a full-time, remote, paid internship opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant (HR) role. The intern will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assisting in consulting stakeholders on hiring strategies. Core responsibilities include identifying top talent, conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role will also focus on maintaining communication with potential hires and collaborating with the HR team to refine hiring processes.

• Prior experience or foundational knowledge in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Skills in Consulting and offering strategic hiring recommendations
• Proficiency in Interviewing, assessing candidates, and evaluating talent
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• A passion for connecting with talent and contributing to an innovative team culture
• Current pursuit of or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
