Who are we looking for

• 2 to 8 years of on ground experience in NON-IT hiring space.
• Exposure towards hiring through various Job portals and other channels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision
• Should be willing to work from office mode (5 days)
