Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in India, focusing on the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring landscape in the APAC market.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the APAC region.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Should be well versed in using Foundit, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the APAC region.
