This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Coordinator role based in Varanasi. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers, facilitate efficient communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and team members
• Proficiency in hiring processes and techniques, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service expertise to create a positive recruitment experience and address candidate inquiries effectively
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not mandatory
