Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team. The role will primarily involve sourcing and screening candidates, understanding their career interests, and connecting relevant candidates with job opportunities available with our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are starting their career in recruitment and want to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate engagement, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements shared by clients.
• Contact candidates and understand their skills, experience, career interests, and job preferences.
• Explain relevant job opportunities to candidates and assess their level of interest.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates regarding available opportunities.
• Share suitable candidate profiles with the recruitment team/client based on defined requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates across different technology skills.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement targets.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates and understand their requirements.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidate conversations.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
• Candidates with knowledge of technology roles and IT skills will have an added advantage.
