Recruitment Associate (Third Party Payroll)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nuvama's Private Client Group (PCG). The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across PCG, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring high-quality talent for client-facing and business-critical roles.

Role Type – Contractual (3rd Party Payroll)

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for PCG across RM, Investment Advisory, Product, Sales, and other business roles.
• Partner closely with Business Heads and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, talent profiles and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Broking, Asset Management and related financial-services businesses.
• Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, market mapping and other channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for critical and niche positions.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates on experience, client relationships, revenue/AUM track record, product expertise and cultural fit.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and closure.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and track TAT, pipeline, source mix and conversion ratios.
• Develop market intelligence on competitor organizations, talent pools, compensation and hiring trends.
• Support talent mapping and proactive hiring for critical PCG positions.

Experience:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in direct sourcing, market mapping and passive candidate engagement.
