Position: Recruitment Associate
Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Associate, you will support end-to-end talent acquisition execution, focusing on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands IT hiring and is eager to work in a data-driven, AI-assisted recruitment environment.
You will work closely with the hiring managers to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and timely closure of open positions.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Manage relationships with the hiring managers in a high touch recruiting environment; build credibility around talent acquisition best practices and candidate selection.
- Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures.
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.
- Identify and assess qualified candidate profiles using diverse sourcing strategies such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
- Manage and initiate reference checks, background checks, and onboarding processes for any pending new hires.
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3-4 years of work experience as an IT Talent Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with recruitment strategies.
- Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Good at MS-Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively.
- Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
