We're Hiring | SR HR Recruiter | Pune

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, databases & other channels

* Screen candidates as per job requirements

* Handle recruitment calls and candidate communication

* Schedule and coordinate interviews

* Follow up with candidates for interviews, selections & joining

* Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports

* Work towards assigned hiring targets

Key Requirements:

Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri (Resdex), Apna.

Knowledge of Banking, BFSI, Broking, or Bulk Hiring will be an added advantage.
