About the Role

As our Junior Recruiter, you'll own the end-to-end sourcing and screening process for tech and consulting roles from understanding the JD to closing candidates who are the right fit for our clients. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters, building the skills to grow into a full-cycle talent acquisition partner.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms using role-specific keywords
• Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to speed up candidate discovery and shortlisting
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates strictly against JD requirements
• Conduct initial screening calls assessing communication, relevant experience, notice period, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS/tracker
• Provide candidates with timely updates at every stage of the process

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in IT/tech or consulting hiring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools for sourcing, screening, or JD/outreach drafting (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI features, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good to have: experience recruiting for client-facing or consulting roles
