KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting senior recruiters in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and job portals.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and current information.
- Preparing and posting job descriptions on different platforms.
- Assisting in the creation of recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.
POSITION TYPE:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- No prior experience is required, but any internships or relevant projects will be an advantage.
