Recruitment & Client Sourcing Executive

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment & Client Sourcing Executive to source trainers and consultants and to build relationships with companies that have hiring or training requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source candidates and trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain the candidate and trainer database and follow up with them regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

2. Client Sourcing

• Identify and connect with companies that have training or hiring requirements.
• Source HR/TA contacts and generate new client opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies for repeat business.
• Follow up with prospects and support client onboarding.
