This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Agency Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Agency Development Manager will oversee and manage relationships with recruitment agency partners to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying recruitment agency partners, negotiating contracts and agreements, monitoring agency performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes. The role also entails providing guidance and support to agency partners, analyzing recruitment metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization to meet hiring needs.

• Proven experience in recruitment agency management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills
• Data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and identify trends or insights
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of recruitment industry trends and compliance requirements is an added advantage
